Photographers Gallery

Friday 21st March 2025 I went to the Photographers Gallery with my dad, we travelled straight there on the Elizabeth from Ilford to Bond Street. First we popped into Selfridges. Then we made our way to the Photographers Gallery. The gallery opened in London’s Covent Garden in 1971 it was the first public gallery in the UK dedicated to photography, it moved to its new home in Soho in May 2012. The Gallery was interesting the top two floors showed the Deutsche Börse Photography Foundation Prize 2025 and then each floor below was an exhibition from a different photographer. Afterwards we went to Vapiano for lunch where I had bruschetta, pizza and ice cream which was delicious. Then I popped in one of my favourite shops in Oxford Street the Disney Store.
