Friday 22nd July 2022 I went to the Pollocks Toy Museum with my auntie Denise. We got there on the Elizabeth and Northern lines from Seven Kings to Goodge Street. The collection is housed in two atmospheric 18th and 19th century buildings in Fitzrovia, London. The collection is an eclectic mix of curios, each room filled with unique cases displaying toys from the past. Tin toys, teddy bears, dolls houses, puppets, optical toys and games from around the world adorn the winding staircases and creaking rooms. My favourite part was the Children’s TV Character memorabilia and it is one of my favourite museums. This was my second time and it wasn’t busy as we had it to ourselves today. Afterwards we went to Nando’s Goodge Street where I had a butterfly chicken, chips and garlic bread for dessert I had a choc-a-lot cake which was delicious. Below are some pictures from my day and also if you like reading my blog please comment.
