Friday  11Sep15 I spent the day locally in Redbridge visiting some local places and seeking out future opportunities.

First I went to Hainault Forest Farm, a nice lady there suggested I contact Wellgate Community Farm and London Orchard Project for volunteering opportunities.

Then I went to The Fairlop pub for lunch (this is one of my favourite places to visit locally) where I bumped into our friend James who works there.

After lunch I went to Redbridge Fishing Lakes and after talking to the staff there I decided that Fishing is an activity that I would like to try.

Later in the afternoon I had an appointment with Rob and Sarah at ELHAP to discuss future opportunities.

In the evening me and my Dad went to the gym for a run, cycle and swim.
