Wallace and Gromit Exhibition

Friday 13th February 2026 I went to the V&A Museum with my dad to see the Wallace and Gromit Exhibition, we travelled there on the Elizabeth and Central lines from Ilford to Bethnal Green. Inside Aardman: Wallace & Gromit and Friends
You get to go behind the scenes of stop-motion animation and explore how Aardman’s iconic characters and worlds are brought to life.
In Aardman’s 50th anniversary year, you can peek behind the scenes of your favourite stop-motion animations and find out how Aardman brings clay to life. It was my first time at the exhibition. I gave my day and the exhibition 10 out of 10. Below are some pictures from my day and with my Indian food from last Friday night, also if you like reading my blog please comment.

  4. Oh wow Nathan! You are so lucky to have gone. I tried to book tickets for next week but its sold out! The girls will have to wait until the easter holidays to go.
    I love the bits you got in the gift shop too. I better make sure they both remember their pocket money when they go.

    I can’t believe Aardman is 50 years old! (Nearly as old as me )
