The Art of the Brick

I decided to do my blog on Monday 25th March 2024 because as it will be Good Friday this week. I went to the The Art of the Brick Exhibition with my auntie Denise. We travelled there on the Elizabeth and District lines from Ilford to Aldgate East. The collection includes many sculptures alongside re-imagined versions of some of the world’s most famous art masterpieces, such as Michelangelo’s David, Van Gogh’s Starry Night and Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa. Among the wonders, visitors will also find a 6-metre-long reproduction of a Tyrannosaurus Rex skeleton and an innovative, multimedia collection of LEGO photography produced alongside award-winning photographer Dean West. This incredible art exhibit with over 100 works and sculptures is by Nathan Sawaya which is reated entirely with LEGO® bricks. My favourite exhibit is the dog. Afterwards we went to Nandos in Spitalfields where I had a butterfly chicken, chips and garlic bread for dessert I had a choc-a-lot cake which was delicious. Below are some pictures from my day and also if you like reading my blog please comment.

Here’s are my things I bought
