Friday 17th March 2017 I went for a spa day with my mum Natalie at Barking Abbey Leisure centre. Frist on the way I went Creams at Gants Hill and I had a choclate and stawberry crepe and a maltester milkshake It was lovely. We drove to Barking in the car and arrived very early. There was 4 rooms a jazucci pool an ice Chute and a relaxation room my favourite room was the rock sauna it was hot but not to hot because it has got dry heat. I then had a back, shoulder and neck massage and I enjoyed it. Below are some pictures from my day and also if you like reading my blog please comment.
