Friday 9th April 2021 I went Paddle Boarding at Lea Valley White Water Centre with My Friend Jean. We got there in the car and it was fun we put on our wetsuits and helmets. The weather was sunny but the water was cold. I really enjoyed the session I never fell in the water once I started on my knees and then I stood up on the board and I paddled around the big lake lots of times. In the evening I had a takeaway from Pizza Express where I had dough balls and pizza from there. Below are some pictures from my day and also if you like reading my blog please comment.
