North Weald Airfield and Gym

Friday 04Dec15 I went to look at Ongar and Epping Railway with my mum Natalie. Unfortunately it was closed but we found out some information for future visits. We then went to North Weald Airfield where they do some  exciting activities here such as sports car driving and land hovercraft as we wanted to find out more about these. We spoke to nice man called Jack who explained everything and I am now very excited about returning here in 2016. You can drive lots of different sports cars such as a Ferrari, Aston Martin and Porsche and it looks really good. For lunch I went to Burger King at Gants Hill.

Later in the evening I went to Virgin Active gym with my dad Kevin. I have been going to the gym regularly later and I am getting fitter. Tonight I cycled and ran for 15 minutes each then I swam 15 lengths of the pool. I think that my dad is secretly trying to train me for a triathlon. I am getting faster on the running machine at the very end I was running at 14 kmh for a short while.

Below are some picture from my day.

  1. Hi Nathan, I really enjoyed reading your blog – I don’t think I’ve ever read one before so you have taught me something new!! I don’t know if you remember me but I am Mikey’s mum and I skied in your group for a bit with Special Olympics but then I think you got too good for me so I went to a different group! Hopefully I will see you again soon X

  2. Hi Nathan, I felt really tired listening to your busy day. Where do you get your energy from? Looking forward to the pictures of the cars you mentioned next year. Love Jackie x

  3. From Sharon Honey:
Look like you had a great day Nathan! It must have been exciting looking round the airfield and it looks like you’re a secret triathlete!

    From Paul Barnaby:
I look forward each week to your blog keep it up and say hello to your mum and dad for me

  4. Virgin active health clubs are the best! Keeping fit and healthy is important but it’s also very hard so well done! 🙂
