Museum of Childhood

Friday 10th November 2017 I went to the Museum of Childhood with my mum, my Auntie Denise and my second cousin Freddie we travelled in the car. When we arrived we looked all around all the different toys and games, there were Star wars toys, Super Heroes, Comic Books pictures, Thunderbirds and lots of teddy bears old and new. I really enjoyed the interacting toys. I think Freddie enjoyed the sand pit and dolls house. After the Museum we went to McDonalds in Bethnal Green Road and we met sister Sophie and I had a McChicken sandwich and fries and for dessert I had a Cadbury Dairy Milk McFlurry.

  1. Hi Nathan,

I enjoyed reading your blog like usual. Looks like you and Freddie had a good time.

Of course, I especially liked the Wonder Woman pictures xxx

    Love Jackie xx

  2. Nathan I am loving all the old toys especially the Star Wars ones, I used to work in the Andersons the toy shop in Roman Road and all the kids used to come in each week with their pocket money to buy all the little action figures. The museum is such a little gem and over the years everybody has had so many trips and good times there, it also very nice to see the first of the next generation Freddie visiting there and having a great time

  3. I remember going there when I was a child. It has changed a lot since then. My granddaughter loves going there now, as there is always plenty to see and do -x-
