HMS Belfast

Friday 26th January 2018 I went to the HMS Belfast with my Nanny Pat and we travelled on the Jubilee line to London Bridge. When we arrived we started at the bottom of the ship and made our way to the Admirals bridge right at the top of the ship. The ship was enormous it is 187 metres long and during the war it carried 1000 sea men. My Nan really enjoyed the ship and I had to help her on the stairs as they were very steep. Afterwards we went to Nandos in Canary Wharf where I had my usual dish of butterfly chicken, chips and garlic bread and a Choc-A-Lot Cake which was delicious.
