Day out using London Transport

On Friday 4th September I had a day out in London using lots of different types of Transport with my mum. I walked to my local tube station Barkingside and took the Central Line train to Stratford where we changed on to the Jubilee Line and went to Waterloo. From here we walked to Waterloo Pier under the London Eye remembering the directions from the map I looked at earlier. From the pier we boarded the Thames Clipper boat service and took a voyage to North Greewich where we disembarked. We then took a short walk to the O2 Arena where we had a drink and a snack in Starbucks.

After a short break we walked over to the Emirates Cable Car service and took a ride over the Thames to the South side of the river. After a shortwalk to the Royal Victoria DLR Station we took a train West Ham  DLR station, here we changed on to the District Line and took a train to Bow Road . From Bow Road we took a number 8 bus to Old Ford Road where we met my Dad and picked up our car and drove home.

I had a very enjoyable day and liked making my way accross London and planning my journeys.

All in all we used the following 7 different modes of transport:
Walking
Tube
Thames Clipper Boat
Emirates Cable Car
DLR
Bus
Car

Below are my pictures of this day.
