Fashion and Textile Museum

Friday 24th February 2023 I went to the Fashion and Textile Museum with my auntie Denise. We travelled there on the District & Jubilee lines from Upney to London Bridge. The exhibition showed the power of patterns. Kaffe Fassett is one of the most successful artists and designers working in contemporary craft today. His career spans over 50 years with a prolific oeuvre that encompasses knitting, needlepoint, mosaic, quilting, textile design, painting and drawing. His books and projects have encouraged millions to make and to create. This was my second visit to the museum. My favourite was the animal art work. Afterwards we went to Honest Burger where I had a chicken burger and chips. as Honest Burger don’t do desserts I then went to Creams where I had a cookie crush crepe. Below are some pictures from my day and also if you like reading my blog please comment.
