Before I write about my blog today I would like to let everyone know of my great achievement of completing my 5K race at Victoria Park last Sunday 19th March 2023. Friday 24th March 2023 I went to one of my favourite UK Theme Parks Drayton Manor the home of Thomas the Tank Engine Land. I travelled up Thursday evening with my dad to the Drayton Manor Hotel where we stayed overnight. In the morning we had breakfast in our hotel. I really had a great day at the park going on 20 rides. My favourite rides were all the rides in Thomas Land. I also really enjoyed seeing for the first time the Fat Controller show in Thomas Land which was alot of fun. There is a lot to do at Drayton Manor later in the day I visited the new Viking area of the park and tried some of the rides, one Thor was really scary and I immediately wish I had not gone on it. This is my third visit to Drayton Manor Theme Park there also making a new water ride in Thomas Land which I hope to see on my next visit. Drayton Manor looked like a lot of fun, you were brave trying the Thor ride even if you wasn’t too keen on it! It’s always nice to go and stay a night in a hotel too isn’t it, and to try a new breakfast, how did it compare to Valentines Park cafe?

Nathan, I really must apologise to you, I thought I’d already written about your parkrun @ Vicky park so just in case I haven’t, I would just like to say a massive Well Done you, you did a 5k run most people could only dream of doing!
On to Drayton Manor, another exciting day out with daddy for you both. I love the picture of both of you on the roller coaster, was it scary! Daddy looked a bit scared in the photo (don’t tell him I said that! ) I can’t believe you went on all of those rides, were they fast??
