On Friday 27th September I went on holiday with my mum, dad, Sister Sophie and my dog Barney to Devon. We travelled down by car on the M25 and M4 stopping overnight at Bristol.On Saturday we arrived at Goodrington Sands where we were staying in a nice apartment overlooking the beach. During the week we did lots of trips out and visited some wonderful local places around South Devon including Teignmouth, Brixham, Torquay, Paignton and Dartmouth . On Thursday my mum and dad renewed their wedding vowels at the Cary Arms in Babbacombe and we all got dressed up and me and Sophie made a short speech at the ceremony. On Friday we got the steam train down the coast to Kingswear and then the ferry over to Dartmouth. I had a fun week in Devon with my family and I especially like visiting the model village in Babbacombe and the amusements on Paignton Pier. On Saturday we travelled home stopping briefly at Brean Theme Park where I went on some of the rides there with Sophie.
