Christmas Baking

Friday 27th November 2020 I made Mickey Mouse Christmas biscuits and Mince Pies with my Auntie Denise. First I added soft butter and sugar together then I added flour. I rolled the pastry out with my rolling pin and made my Mickey Mouse shaped biscuits and I put them in the oven for 15 mins. I then decorated them with icing and festive toppings. I used a glass to make my mince pie shapes then added mince and cooked them for 20 mins. I really enjoyed making the biscuits and mince pies and they were very yummy. Tonight I had a takeaway from my local Fish and Chip shop and I had Scampi and Chips. Below are some pictures from my day and also if you like reading my blog please comment.

  2. Hi Nathan
You worked very hard making the gingerbread cookies. You thought of some really good designs, there were all your own work. The design on the mince pies was very delicate around the edge. What a great day we had baking.
