Cartoon Museum

Friday 10th September 2021 I went to the Cartoon Museum with my Auntie Denise we travelled there on the District and Central lines from Upney to Oxford Circus. The Cartoon Museum re-launched at 63 Wells Street on 1st July 2019! The design vision for the museum was led by Sam Jacob Studio, who used the language of cartoons and comics as inspiration for the new architecture. The Cartoon Museum champions cartoon and comic art, highlighting its value to culture and society. Through their programme of exhibitions, events and workshops, they aim to conserve & provide access to Britain’s cartoon and comic art heritage, encourage participation in and raise awareness of a popular artform. Afterwards I went to Pizza Express my favourite restaurant for lunch at Dean Street where I had dough balls, pizza and chocolate cake for dessert. Below are some pictures from my day and also if you like reading my blog please comment.
