Burgh Castle Norfolk weekend away

This weekend I went away with my family to Norfolk to celebrate my sister’s 30th birthday. We travelled up on Friday stoping at Ipswich and Felixstowe on the way. Later we drove to our holiday house near Great Yarmouth and were joined by my Nan and Granddad and later Uncle, Aunty and cousins making a total of 11 people and 3 dogs. We had a fish and chip super on Friday evening and it was lovely to see everyone. Just before I went to bed I had a nice dip in the hot tub with some of the family. On Saturday we did Gorleston Cliffs Parkrun the 2nd time I have done this, 3 of the family also joined me. Later in the afternoon we went for a nice local walk and went again in the hot tub. We then sang happy birthday to Sophie and also my Grandad whose birthday is on Monday and had a tasty cake. On Sunday we went to Pops Meadow and to the beach and in the afternoon we had dinner at a pub called the Queen’s Head where we had a lovely roast dinner. Below are some pictures from my weekend and if you like reading my blog please comment.
