Friday 20th March 2026 I visited the National Motor Museum, Beaulieu. I travelled up Thursday evening with my dad to Sutton Scotney Services where where we stayed at the Days Inn over night. From the earliest motor carriages to classic family saloons, the world-famous National Motor Museum has one of the finest collections of cars, motorcycles and motoring memorabilia in the world.
From legendary F1 cars and land speed record breakers for the speed freaks, to incredible examples of pioneering motoring for the history-buffs.
We also saw Disney and Pixar’s Lightning McQueen, Jackson Storm and Finn McMissile which are currently on display. Also there were famous film tv cars including:
Mr Bean’s Mini
Del Boy’s Reliant Van
The `flying` Ford Anglia from Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secret
Gavin & Stacey – Smithy’s Volvo, Gavin’s Citroen Saxo and Uncle Bryn’s Citroen Picasso. Below are some pictures from my day and with my food from last Sunday when I went out for dinner on Mother’s Day. Also if you like reading my blog please comment.

A really amazing day out and the cars bring back some great memories of the old days, MR Bean car is really cool and the bus is what we use to use years ago , well done Nathan.
