Friday 16th September 2016 I Went to the Sky Garden with my mum, dad and sister Sophie. We travelled by train on the Central Line to Liverpool Street we were met up with my dad during his lunch break. We made our way to 20 Fenchurch street and had to queue for a little while to go to the sky garden at the top of the building while all the visitors passed through security. We then took a lift to the 35th floor where we entered the sky garden. It is a very impressive area with large glass windows and lots of plants and trees. It was very busy here but we quickly found somewhere to sit and we all had a drink and something to eat. I had a very nice victoria sponge cake and orange drink. We then took a walk up and around the sky garden looking at the places that we recognised on the London skyline before us such as the Tower of London, the Shard, River Thames, Canary Wharf, Tate Modern and Tower Bridge. I took lots of pictures on my new Nikkon camera I got for my birthday recently which are shown below:

The Sky Garden looks fantastic. I am definitely going to go there one day. perhaps we will take the class.
