National Portrait Gallery

Friday 19th October 2018 I went to the National Portrait Gallery with my dad and nan. We travelled on the tube to Embankment station and the walked to Bella Italia near Leicester Square where we had dinner. I had dough swirls and Margherita pizza. After dinner we walked the short distance to the National Portrait Gallery where we were hoping to see the Michael Jackson On the Wall exhibition. Unfortunately as it was a Friday evening and the last weekend of the exhibition it was very busy and we did not manage to get in. Instead we looked around the gallery where we saw lots of brilliant portraits of lots of different famous people from King Richard III to Ed Sheeran. I enjoyed looking at these while listening to the Michael Jackson music playing on the ground floor of the gallery.Below are some pictures from my day and also if you like reading my blog please comment.
